Web Site Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions of Use

Refund and Returns Policy

If one of our products is damaged when it arrives at your premises, we will replace it free of charge. We offer an unconditional 60 day guarantee. If for any reason within 60 days of purchase you are not happy with the products, email us and we will refund your money in full. If you receive a refund you no longer have a license to use any of the materials. Electronic materials should be deleted and any physical products returned to our office.

Shipping Policy

If you purchase physical goods from us the price includes shipping to any mailing address on planet earth. Shipping times are out of our control and we can't guarantee a delivery timeframe (although most items are delivered in 7-10 days if outside Australia).

Use License

Our aim is to keep the license simple. If you purchase a single license for a particular product or products you get a licence for that product for your own use. You can print it out as many times as you like and use it to help as many clients or colleagues as you need to, but all those copies are for your use only, please don't give a copy to your clients or colleagues unless you have purchased an extra license or a site licence. A lot of engineers have more than one PC - no problem. You may keep a copy on each PC. But again it is for your use only. If you want to share the software or books with multiple people please buy another licence or even a site licence. Thanks!
